Week 3 update…Made it through another tropical system. I actually cooked dinner every night this week. Unfortunately, since I have been out of practice cooking with this discomfort and fatigue, I added 2 tbsp of red pepper to the recipe instead of 2 tsp. Bless my husband's heart, he ate it anyway. I'm in the midst of a miracle

UPDATE Day 12: I have gotten over the digestive problems I have and feel very very good. I am eating 3 times a day, exercising on a treadmill (walking), and just being more productive in general. I am very tired early in the evening. My pain levels are fluctuating… but overall, I feel better. Ordered two more bottles of Mito. God Bless.

Hello everyone! My name is Tiffany and I wanted to post my 1 month update! I have ___ and fatigue. Before Mitosynergy, I was in bad shape. I was sleeping my life away and awake for only the discomfort. Since taking MitoSynergy I have my life back! I am sleeping wonderfully (still a night owl, I always have been) and sleeping restfully. I was in the hospital bed for a week and half when I was on Facebook and found MitoSynergy. I was at the end of my ropes, depressed cause I couldn't be with my family. It felt more like my death bed. I was weak couldn't stand for long, was short of breath, severely fatigued, tremors in my hands and feet. I was having a Myasthenia gravis flare up. Still in the Hospital, I got my first bottle and took my first dose. First thing I noticed my tremors were diminished. I felt relaxed so I went to sleep. Woke up at 4 am. I wasn't weak; I felt great. I was happy and I felt alive for the first time in at least 5 months. I have been in and out of the hospital every month since May. I have feeding tubes placed because my stomach is paralyzed.
I talked to Charlie and asked him how I should take these and he was very confident about me taking them by mouth. So I did. and it worked. I am more focused this morning and not ready to give up. I can feel the hope inside of me again. If you're out there, please don't waste another minute of your life.
I don't like taking pain meds or any type of meds, and if you're not getting the relief you need from them don't take them. I was on Mestinon 5 times a day, just to breathe and keep my strength up. I didn't take it all last night. I took MitoSynergy instead. I would've already been in the hospital right now if it wasn't for a supplement that works. I will keep you all posted. My husband told me tonight that he's about to go hunting for Charles Barker to track him down and give him a big kiss because of the MitoSynergy stuff that's working so well for me! Watch out Charlie, he's kind of intimidating!! I'm up tonight vs sleeping because I feel pretty dang good and I don't want to miss it! I know y'all know what I mean. But now it's off to sleep so that I can get more days of this by utilizing some common sense and MitoSynergy!
UPDATE1: MitoSynergy - Day 4: I'm up! Feeling an unusual (for me) awareness of my body/muscles/surroundings. "Fog" and forehead/eye tension is greatly reduced. My 3rd day of being able to eat - breakfast included. Digestion is stabilizing. I feel tired…Not fatigued. Will try taking my last dose earlier in the afternoon to see if I get to sleep sooner tonight. Feeling happy, encouraged, and blessed to have found MitoSynergy. Thank you!
UPDATE2: Finding myself grinning like an idiot when I take my customary "crippled" stance to get out of a chair or off the floor or to do stairs, etc. - and then realize that my discomfort level now doesn't require that nearly as much! So exciting!
